Blog 8: Summer Plans


Hello everyone today I will talk about my summer plans.

Well, my summer will start a little late because my semester ends on January 4 and basically I will stay studying in Christmas and New Year. I know is sad but I hope ends before if I approve the subjects without giving exams. (Except English and Bayb, because in English is obligatory and bayb is impossible hahaha)
Whatever, the second week at January I will travel to Guayaquil, Ecuador with my brothers for about 10 days to visit my father’s family. I’m very excited because I don’t see my father’s family since 8 or 9 years ago and also I have friends from my childhood when I was live in Colombia, they lives now  in Ecuador and working with my family.

The reason I will go with my brothers is because my uncle invited us to the fifteenth birthday celebration of my cousin. (In Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela and the other countries the fifteenth birthday of the women is very important)
Well, I will go the birthday celebration and I would like to go in a other cities. My brother thinks that we will go to Montañitas, Cuenca and Salinas because my uncle goes every time.  I would like eat much fish and fruits that I can’t find and Chile. I would like go to parties in Montañitas with my old friends and my cousins and also I would like go to Baños.
I hope to have fun in this travel because I will meet with my father’s family and it’s very complicated to meet all because everybody lives in different countries and cities.

    Your summer is going to be the best!! I love birthdays and travels, I have never been in Colombia but I'm sure that it is a beautiful country!!

Blog 4: Ghett'a Life Review

Hello Everyone Today I’m going to talk about the film “Ghett’a Life” This film I don’t like to much because I think that it was a little slow the plot and I considered the performance of the actors was basic. Maybe was not the performance and the really bad it was a production in the film. But the movie had good parts also. My favorite character was the film is Derrick Thompson. He was the main character and I liked his persistence for follow your dreams. And also I liked his mom Dawn Thompson because she always supported her son. The thing I liked the film was based in Jamaica. I didn’t know anything about Jamaica and I liked the film it was seen what is about the political of there. Also I liked as It seen the management of TV respect of the political “war”. I didn’t like effects of the film specially the music. Blog 10: English Language Challenges

Hello everyone Today I will talk about my experience learning English at university. Well, the university has four levels for English and this is my last course (level 4).   When apply at the university everyone have an English test as they enroll or after in the first days. I started in English 2 and I remember that the classes were about vocabulary, reading and writing. And the final semester have the exam and oral presentation. (The exam don’t have oral test, have only reading, listening and writing tests). After in English 3 I started the blogs and I considered very fun. I think that the blog is a good methodology to practice English because you must apply vocabulary and also is very important that the blog have coherence this is because not only teacher reading your blog also your classmates reading your blog and comment you!
